The Baby in Your Womb: A Woman’s Remarkable and Unique Privilege

A baby growing in the womb is an amazing, mysterious, and awesome event! Nothing compares to the wondrous and marvellous creation of a baby in the womb (Psalm 139:14). The 9-month creation of a human baby is a life-changing event that should be valued with great awe and respect and love.

A baby is God’s precious and delicate Gift of Life, and we should greatly respect and honour the Gift of Life that God gives to mothers. We should never take away, or abort, the Life of anyone, regardless of how small they may be, including a baby in the womb!

Thanks to modern technology, we are now able to better understand God’s workmanship within the hidden workshop of a woman’s womb. One very exciting discovery is to see what happens at the moment of conception — an instantaneous flash of light, known as the ‘Spark of Life’.

This ‘Spark of Life’ is the moment in which a male sperm fertilizes a female egg, and thus, a highly specialized zygote cell is formed, which is the beginning of human Life. This exciting discovery reveals that this bright ‘Spark of Life’ is the moment of God’s impartation of human Life, when God breathes His Life into a newly-conceived person.

This ‘Spark of Life’ is confirmed in the Scriptures [the Bible] by the following verses:

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of Lights, with Whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (no variation or shadows due to changing). (James 1:17)

The spirit of man is the Candle of Yahuwah [the LORD], searching all the inward parts of the belly. (Proverbs 20:27)

This then is the message which we have heard of Him, and declare unto you, that God is Light, and in Him is no darkness at all. (1John 1:5)

He [Yahushua Messiah/Jesus Christ] was the true Light, which lights every man that comes into the world. (John 1:9)

As the Scriptures tell us, God Himself is Light, and in Him is no darkness at all! He is the Father of Lights! From the moment of conception, God’s Light breathes into a new person and He begins forming and ‘knitting’ together a new human Life. All this happens within the special workshop of a woman’s womb (see Psalms 139:13-16).

Each person is the divine craftsmanship of the hands of Yahuwah Elohim [the Hebrew name for the LORD God] (Isaiah 44:2a; Ephesians 2:10). And Yahuwah [the LORD] has an eternal plan for every single one of His marvellous works!

The whole process from conception to birth is so complex, so intricate, so complicated, that when conception occurs and a child is conceived in a woman’s womb, it has to be the work and purpose of God alone! The LORD God is the only person capable of creating such an amazing event! None but the Living, Almighty God, Creator of the universe, could accomplish such an intimate, biologically complex, multi-step, miraculous process. [See video links below.]

Being ‘With Child’

Being ‘with child’ is a beautiful and special time for a woman. A woman who is ‘with child’ should be ecstatic with wonder and humility for becoming a co-worker with the Creator of Life. No matter the circumstances of the conception, she has now become a chosen vessel of honour, mercy, and Life! God has created the woman to be the valiant and capable hero to preserve and nurture His innocent and delicate newborns.

A woman should value the remarkable privilege of being ‘with child’. A woman should be very careful with her health during the special years of her ability to become pregnant. When a woman becomes pregnant, she should embrace the very special time of pregnancy as an extremely important event. She has become a specialized co-worker of Life with the Creator of the universe! Therefore maintaining her good health is essential.

God has entrusted women to be a guardian and a co-worker with Him, by carrying His special and delicate workmanship within the hidden place of the womb. Preserving and protecting the very small LIFE of a baby in the womb is a tremendous privilege for every woman who is ‘with child’.

When a child is conceived within a woman’s womb, that woman’s natural qualities of nurturing, empathy, and compassion begin to prevail. This divine, feminine characteristic within a woman is part of God’s careful, sensitive, and thoughtful planning for bringing His marvellous and wonderful works of Life to birth. God created the woman with this wisdom, so she could be a co-worker with Him.

Let every woman who is ‘with child’ be of a humble spirit, and recognize her very remarkable and unique privilege that God has given her!

Father in heaven, I thank You for the precious Gift of Life! Help me Father to value and respect the Life of my baby. Help me to seek Your guidance, strength, mercy, and patience. I ask for Your grace to help me serve You by choosing Life for my baby and by honouring Your plans for my baby. I ask this in the name of Your Son, Yahushua Messiah [Jesus Christ], my Saviour. Amen.

The Son of God:
Yahuwah Elohim [the Hebrew name for the LORD God], Who is the Living, Eternal God, Creator of all things, came to this earth, born through a virgin birth, to communicate His character, His nature, His power, His purpose, and His plans. Only Yahushua Messiah [Jesus Christ] could have accomplished this mission, because . . . He was not an ordinary man!!
