Where is The Good Path? – A Poem

This is an easy poem for children.
Once you get the rhythm, it is a fun thing to say.

Where is The Good Path?

I stand at the crossroads with many directions.
The choices abounding with constant commotions.

Good Better Best directional-sign

What path is the best way, the good and the right way?
Which choice should I make? Should I follow the freeway?

I’m hoping to find what is worthy and true;
Finding a path that yields hope and virtue.

Who can I trust to advise me correctly?
Is there a way that will lead me completely?

There’s Someone who holds all the paths in a chart.
He knows how each pathway will end, from the start!

The Good and The Best Path He’ll surely disclose,
To those who will ask Him, His help freely flows!

His love and advice brings you into the Light.
Your heart will be restful, your path will be bright.

He offers His guidance, the Truth to each one.
Revealing The Best Path to all – spurning none.

I’ve made my decision. God’s Pathway I choose.
I’ll follow His Good Path, no longer confused.

The Best Path, it’s written, I tell you no lie!
The True and The Good Way is now clarified.

I follow His Way now, it passed every test!

He gave me His Spirit to guide and ensure.
His Pathway I’ll stay on, I’ll take no detour!

From Moses, King David, and Daniel, Paul too,
They told us God’s Pathway – The Best to pursue.

God’s Torah – His Pathway for us to obey.
It guides us and leads us into His High Way.

Y’shua Messiah, God’s dear precious Son,
Confirmed Father’s Pathway – the Right direction!

Deception and lies surely hide Father’s love.
Resist all the tricks! Give the devil a shove!

So don’t be so gloomy, depressed, or so blue.
The Way to The Good Path is open to you!

Just stay on God’s High Way – the straight and clear Path.
His Way is the ancient and proven footpath.

Take A Closer Look!

Boundaries are like the lines running down the middle of the highway. Staying on our side of the boundary line keeps us safe, and keeps us alive. Wandering across the boundary line can lead to collision and destruction. God has given His Word [the Bible], which clearly outlines His boundaries, given to us for our benefit! Let us be thankful for the restraint and the protection of God’s boundaries. They may well be the one thing that protects us from destruction!
